The EIT Urban Mobility Energy and Public Realm Accelerator programme will have its final bootcamp and networking event in Budapest on the 22nd of November. The programme provides support to startups with innovative mobility solutions, focusing on creating a better public space and improving the wellbeing of residents by addressing energy- and mobility-related aspects. From 2022, Zone Cluster runs the Energy and Public Realm Accelerator with SpinLab (Leipzig, Germany) and PowerHub (Prague, Czech Republic).

In the first part of the event on 22nd November, the start-ups participating in the accelerator program will participate in a private workshop and receive training. In the second half of the event, we provide participants with the opportunity to build relationships by listening to the pitching of the start-ups that appeared.

1st part:
Training sessions with the participation of the Energy and Public Realm Accelerator startup teams Closed event for startups participating in the acceleration programme

2nd part: Networking Event of Zone Cluster’s Accelerator programme
  • 16:30: Arrival of guests, Networking opportunity with industry partners, city representatives, investors, project partners.
  • 17:00: Zone Cluster welcome by management team
  • 17:05: Developing Sustainable Transport Systems - Marcell Romsics, Project Management Lead, Zone Cluster
  • 17:25: ESG hype, a key to corporate success - Ákos Lukács, Climate Change and Sustainability Services, Partner, EY
  • 17:45: Welcome speech by EIT Urban Mobility
  • 18:05: Pitching competition: startups of the accelerator programme showcase their business in approx. 3 minutes, in front of a jury and guests
  • 18:35: Key factors of education challenges based on the needs of mobility companies powered by REMOBILISE - Ms Gabriella Mihályi, CEO of Centre for Modern Education
  • 18:55: Jury announces the winner of the pitching competition, short ceremony
  • 19:00-21:00: Dinner and networking with guests
