The ‘Anti-Trash<\/strong><\/a>‘ project kicked off its implementation for the year 2021 on February 9th.<\/p>\n

Partners have discussed the progress made in 2020, as well as the timing and implementation of project tasks for 2021.<\/p>\n

The aim of the project is to develop an integrated smart trash detection and damage prevention solution for shared mobility and public transportation operators.<\/strong> The multi-disciplinary consortium will develop and demonstrate a machine-vision<\/strong> based trash detection <\/strong>system, and an air-quality management<\/strong> system, as well as develop internal materials more suitable for shared vehicle applications. The implementation of the EIT Urban Mobility<\/a> innovation project started in 2020.<\/p>\n

The cross-country partnership led by Aalto University includes industry, academia, research, and city partners, extending the transferability and replicability of the project across the EU. These partners are:<\/p>\n
