The user-centricity and agility of problem solving will be increased through the creation of an onlince course, the conduction of workshops, as well as in-depth project-specific coaching. Thereby, public servants and urban mobility professionals from other sectors will be enabled to develop more sustainable and user-centered urban mobility solutions by using design thinking in their day-to-day work.
